The house is conveniently located, just a few minutes from the historic center and very close to the public park and the playground of Santa Fiora.

The apartment is on the first and last floor which is accessed by a flight of stairs. There is a small external landing at the entrance. The apartment, which is all on one floor, was originally created to house offices, the apartment has recently been renovated as a home. In fact, it is new, welcoming and very bright, perfect for hosting a family with children or a group of friends.
