Cooking class: The chestnuts’ secrets

Get ready to discover the secrets of one of the most popular Amiata products: chestnuts!

Sacha will welcome you at the Fatt'ammano Bistrot, and together you will prepare two top dishes of the Amiata tradition, chestnut polenta with pentolaccia (mix pork cooked in the pan) and Castagnaccio.
After cooking, it will be time to sit down at the table, open the wine and taste what you have been prepared!
