In one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, in Santa Fiora, on Monte Amiata, a beautiful cottage located in the middle of a chestnut grove.

A house built in local stone, obtained from the same excavation on the spot, where each piece is unique and finished by hand.

The villa consists of two floors: on the ground floor a tavern with a large table for dining, kitchenette, armchairs for relaxing, a double sofa bed and bathroom. From this floor a spiral staircase rises up. At this floor there is an equipped kitchen, a large room with fireplace, two bedrooms and another bathroom. A covered veranda completes the first floor, equipped in summer with table and chairs.

The house is surrounded by a private fenced chestnut grove, an ideal space for spending beautiful relaxing days outdoors, for children to play and run, or have a barbecue with family or friends.

The space outside the villa allows for two parking spaces available for guests.
